Payment once made is subject to cancellation and refund policies as outlined in your specific package or invoice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges vary based on the package and service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days and may be subject to administrative fees.
No refund will be given for no-shows or unused services during the tour.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information during booking.
You must carry valid travel documents including passport, visa, ID proof, and health certificates (if required).

Ramco Tours acts only as an intermediary between you and the service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
We are not liable for delays, accidents, loss of baggage, or personal harm caused by third-party providers or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
Any disputes or claims must be directed to the respective service provider unless otherwise agreed.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for non-performance or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, or acts of God.
